Important limitations

Use estimates as a baseline, not a guarantee.

NetCalcKit makes network math easier to use, but every result still depends on assumptions, input quality, and the real system around it.

Transfer and speed estimates

Calculated times assume a sustained entered rate and compatible decimal units. Real transfers may be affected by protocol overhead, Wi-Fi, congestion, packet loss, server limits, storage, encryption, processing, and other traffic.

Data usage estimates

Streaming and activity rates are planning assumptions. Actual consumption varies by service, codec, quality selection, device, advertising, previews, background activity, and adaptive bitrate. Use an official provider or device meter when a data cap has financial consequences.

Network planning

Bandwidth-sharing results model an equal mathematical share after a reserve. Real routers, applications, Wi-Fi clients, and quality-of-service rules do not necessarily divide bandwidth equally. Subnet results should be reviewed by a qualified administrator before production changes.
